The Meaning of Geography to Me

It provides a way to have a comprehensive view and understanding of public affairs, policy
and social welfare. It gives me a way to view and digest the everyday challenges that are
uprising, especially with the environmental and climate crises, in order to find a better way
of utilizing our surroundings in the better interest of human kind.

Impact of iGeo Preparation on my Life

It helped me learn a more academic way of researching information, helped me learn the
fundamentals of geography and build reflexes that came to serve me in my everyday life,
and it introduced pe to an academic community that i aspire to be part of and view them as
role models in my future career endeavors.

Ideas for Promoting Geography

Having collaborations with national associations in order to establish regular boot camps on
a regional level, similar to the eastern European geography Olympics that are sponsored by
Erasmus +. This will serve to create a more dynamic and interconnected scene, and will help
advertise it more in regions that are still not participating in the Olympics as much as we
would like them to (particularly in Africa).
