Ideas for Promoting Geography

I think using GIS to make infographics on daily lives to be a strong component in the
promotion of geography – for instance, there are many real-time infographics and
dashboards on water and electricity outage. Since everything has a spatial property, I
believe that things that are related to our daily lives (finding directions on maps, looking at
infographics etc.) visualized on the internet, accessibly, can help us understand how close
geography is to life.
